The numbers.
in client-reported brand confidence in post-visit surveys at 6 months.
in uniform-related complaints (fit, fading, inconsistency) compared to previous catalogue programme.
longer mean lifespan vs. previous scrubs, validated against laundry log data.
The brief
A leading aesthetic clinic in Jeddah had grown from 12 to 80 staff over 4 years. The uniform programme — assembled from three different catalogue suppliers — read as inconsistent in a service category where presentation is the product.
What we changed
Custom colourway (dusty rose with gold accent), four role-specific cuts, and a programme contract that handled joiner kits and replacement cycles centrally.
What the data says
6 months in, post-visit surveys reported a 46% increase in client confidence. 12 months in, the rotation cycle ran on schedule with zero gaps.
