01

The cost of mis-sizing

When a uniform doesn't fit, two things happen. First, the employee stops wearing it properly — sleeves rolled, collar unbuttoned, hem pulled — which defeats the brand purpose. Second, the garment wears out faster in the wrong places because the fabric stress points are misaligned. A mis-sized scrub in a hospital creates both a brand problem and a cost problem: you replace it in 6 months instead of 14. Across a 500-employee programme, a 10% mis-size rate means 50 garments replaced early — at 180 SAR per scrub set, that's 9,000 SAR in avoidable waste. On-site measurement eliminates this.
02

How on-site measurement works

For headcounts above 50, we deploy a mobile fitting team to your location — anywhere across all 24 Saudi cities. The process: (1) We coordinate with your HR or admin to schedule measurement sessions in batches of 20–30 employees per hour. (2) Each employee is measured at 14 anatomical points — chest, waist, hip, shoulder width, arm length, neck, inseam, thigh, and 6 additional fit-critical points that vary by garment type (e.g., healthcare scrubs need different measurements than aviation blazers). (3) Measurements are recorded digitally and linked to the employee's ID or badge number. (4) Fit-grading software assigns each employee to the optimal size within the production grading — no guesswork. (5) The full measurement dataset is stored securely and used for all future replacement orders, so employees are never re-measured unless body changes require it.
03

For smaller teams: the digital self-measurement kit

For headcounts under 50 — or for remote sites where on-site deployment isn't cost-effective — we provide a digital self-measurement kit. The kit includes a branded measuring tape, a printed guide card with 14-point instructions in Arabic and English, and access to a web form where measurements are submitted directly to our system. The form includes validation checks: if a measurement falls outside plausible ranges (e.g., a chest measurement of 150 cm), the system flags it and prompts re-measurement. For smaller teams, we typically achieve 95%+ first-fit accuracy with the self-measurement kit.
